Seeking a symbol to communicate wisdom and education Nelson settled for glasses. Glasses are often worn by professors, nerds, and other smart people therefore strongly associated with intellect. In this piece, Kathryn honours Nelson Makamo and his work by transferring one of his pieces into a lino print.
