We are looking for a skilled art teacher for our teenagers.

Location: Lillian Gray Art School 82 Kessel Street Fairland, Johannesburg

Hours: Mon & Tues: 9:00 – 18:00 Wed – Fri: 14:00 – 18:00

Salary: TBD.

• You are a talented Artist – Pencil Drawings, Charcoal Drawings, Oil Painting, Acrylic Painting, Mixed Media, Printmaking 
• You have an Art or Art Education Degree / Qualification 
• You have experience teaching CAPS / IEB art for Matrics

You would be required to: 

• Teach 5 lessons per week
• Do lesson planning and preparation
• Teach CAPS / IEB Curriculum
• Do Portfolio Development with the students
• Assist teenagers with Applications to Vega, AAA, Universities, Design Academies etc.
• Assist with Visual Diary Development 
• Present Events (Paint Nights, Corporate Events, Art Parties)
• Set time aside to work on your own art
• Do online Art Course and own skill development
• Teach Digitally in case of a strict Lockdown in South Africa
