Printmaking Workshop

This is a lovely printmaking workshop. It is dedicated to learning how to create a unique print with linocuts.  We will be covering the various techniques to use when carving your design on the linocut and to produce various single or multi-colour prints on paper.

Learn how to make your own unique prints with our art teacher Jaylin. The course was developed by artist Lillian Gray.

What do we need to bring?

• An open mind and a positive spirit. This course will change you.
• Notebook and pen
• Your Lino cutting toolset and Lino block which you can buy on our website.
• Pinterest on your phone. Please create a board and pin various prints that inspire you.
• We have Lino printing paint/Ink and rollers which can be used.

Please note that our online store has most of these items available but please purchase them PRIOR to the workshop and not on the day of the workshop.

Who can attend?

Adults or teenagers who wish to learn the art of making their own prints. We will ensure that you leave with unblocked creativity and increased confidence when creating various prints from scratch.

What is the structure of the workshop?

The session will consist of lectures, discussions, demonstrations and enough time to design and make your prints.
